Matcha Latte

Use a bamboo matcha whisk or electric whisk

1 Latte

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tsp matcha (try Rishi or Pique Tea)   
  • 2 cups of milk of choice I like almond milk 
  • 1/4 cup organic maple syrup (sometimes I cut this is half)

Directions

  1. Boil milk or froth milk in a frother 
  2. Add a touch of water to the matcha powder and whisk to create a paste
  3. Add syrup and whisk together
  4. Pour the frothed milk into the matcha mixture and whisk one last time to combine
