1 Month Plan

Want some feedback, but can’t commit to the full program?

The 1 month program is for someone who is looking to make positive, lasting lifestyle changes but doesn’t know where to start. This is also for existing clients who want to refresh their habits. This plan includes the initial 1 hour Health history assessment followed by 4 sessions, 1 each week. The initial assessment allows me to get to know you on all areas that impact your health including review of overall eating habits and lifestyle, exercise regimen, relationships, career and much more. This plan will offer you specific recommendations in a short amount of time to align your mind and body wellness goals by setting a game plan to continue to strengthen your overall health moving forward tailored to your bio-individuality.

  • Four 60 minutes sessions per month

  • After each session you will receive - Summary of session, goals, intentions and action steps

The Bare Essentials

3 Month Program

Sometimes you just need a reset - this is the program for you!

The 3 Month Program is perfect for individuals who are looking to commit to your wellness journey with accountability for 3 months. If you already have healthy habits worked into your daily routine but are looking for an extra boost this 3-month program can give you the tools you need to improve upon the already healthy habits you have and help you add a couple of new ones to your routine. It takes an average of 66 days for a habit to become part of your daily routine. In the span of 3 months, we have the opportunity to introduce new habits one step at a time. This package includes the initial 1 hour Health history assessment followed by 8 follow up sessions.

  • Health History Assessment: 60 min

  • Six 1 hour sessions bi-weekly

  • Two 30 minute sessions

  • After each session you will receive - Summary of session, goals, intentions and action steps
